We collect only the information needed to manage your booking and your visit to the rink: your name, contact details and booking details. Payment details are processed by our booking and payment providers and are never stored by Level Up Roller Rink.
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate bookings and payments, or where we are required to do so by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@leveluprollerrink.co.za.
Bookings are for a specific 90-minute session at Level Up Roller Rink. Rink access is R80 per person, skate rental is R50 per session and skate socks (compulsory) are R30. A double session access pass is R260 and a full day pass is R500. All prices are in South African Rand.

Level Up Roller Rink's online booking, check-in and payment technology runs on Distinct-app (Distinct Rental Ease) — the platform is the backbone the booking flow above runs on. Distinct-app's own policies, published on its site, govern the platform itself:
These platform policies apply to the booking technology only; the policies on this page govern your visit to Level Up Roller Rink itself.
The cancellation, change and refund conditions that apply to your booking are shown to you during the booking process, before payment is completed, and are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
If you need to cancel or change a booking, or believe you are due a refund, contact us on 012 345 6789 or at info@leveluprollerrink.co.za with your booking reference and we will assist you. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.
